REFUND POLICY (Specifically For Parents):

After you have ordered through PayPal (our payment gateway), then you can get a 180 day refund with no reason.

To initiate a refund within 180 days after ordering, you can make a request in an email sent to us at support@spanish-2-english.com and make sure to supply us with the receipt of payment that you received from PayPal. Within 24 hours after your refund request is received, you will get a full refund on the Services you ordered if you had yet to use the Services. If you did use some of the Services, then you will receive a partial refund on the remainder of the Services that you didn’t use, but do keep in mind that you can transfer any of the Services you didn’t use to the appropriate person.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (If Applicable):
